LARRY FRANKEL

As a second-generation home builder, Larry’s drive for excellence in home building began when he was 13. He enjoyed going to work with his father which piqued his curiosity and appetite for construction. He sought to understand the qualities of excellent design and built an appreciation of superior craftsmanship. Along the way his father also instilled in him the principles on which the company was founded; respect, honesty, integrity, passion and expert execution. Those ideals live on today.

He approaches every project with a fresh energy, creating a living, breathing work of art that blends design and innovative functionality while integrating his client’s vision. Each project is as unique as the person it is built for.

To achieve this goal, he takes a hands-on approach to really get to know his clients and welcomes their ideas. Larry believes that building estate homes creates a legacy that should be timeless, forged with a creative, well thought out approach to detail.

John began his career on Martha’s Vineyard in 1982 where perfection was demanded of him daily. Today, John is delivering this same perfection to his clients.
